Some of the product links on this site are affiliate links. When you buy through one of them we earn a small commission, and that is what funds all the free education here. It costs you nothing extra. The price is the same whether you use our link or walk in the front door.

Every way of funding a health site shapes what it is willing to say. Ads reward outrage. Sponsorships reward flattering the sponsor. A paywall puts the education behind the one barrier that stops the people who need it most.

Affiliate commissions have their own bias, and we would rather name it than pretend it does not exist: we earn more if you buy something. So the safeguards below are the actual job, not a footnote.

• The evidence comes first, and it comes from the label. We look up the published research on the actual ingredients and doses, not the marketing claims.
• We cite it. Studies behind a product are linked so you can read them yourself and disagree with us. That is the point of showing them.
• Mechanism, not miracles. We describe how something works in the body. Nothing here treats, cures or prevents any disease, and we will not say it does.
• Free path first. Every pillar has a do-it-yourself route that costs nothing. Products fill gaps that food and lifestyle genuinely cannot. If you never buy anything, the education still works.

• Recommend something because it pays better. Commission rates play no part in what gets covered.
• Take payment to write a favourable page, or run sponsored posts dressed up as education.
• Hide the relationship. If a link earns us something, this page applies, and it is linked in the footer of every page on the site.
• Claim a product is a cure. Supplements support structure and function. Anything stronger than that is a claim we are not willing to make.

Commissions pay for the research time behind the study library, the writing, and keeping the site online with no ads on it. The library is a genuinely large body of work and it is free to search, including for people who will never buy a thing.

You are welcome to take everything here, read the studies, and buy nothing, or buy the same products somewhere else entirely. That is a completely reasonable thing to do and it does not cost you access to anything.
