What you get

Four parts, one place

My Panel

Enter or import your lab values. Each marker is read against the optimal range, with the conventional range beside it as a labeled reference, and tracked across re-tests.

Diet Builder

Pick your pattern: omnivore, vegetarian, vegan, carnivore, Mediterranean and more. It builds days of eating from the food-nutrient matrix, aimed at your own numbers, with easy recipes and a shopping list.

The Library

177 markers, each with what it measures and what moves it. Every number opens the studies it stands on. Not our word, the record.

Family

Up to 6 profiles on the Family plan: a partner, the kids, a parent. Each profile is its own, with its own panel and plan, and nothing is shared across them.

How it works

From a lab report to a plate

  1. 01

    Enter or import your labs

Type your values, or drop in a PDF or a photo of your results. The reading happens in your own browser, and you check every value before it is saved.

  2. 02

    See what moves each marker

The nutrients, foods and practices that move it, by mechanism, with the studies underneath. An honest answer for your way of eating, not a generic one.

  3. 03

    Build the plan

The Diet Builder turns the gaps into days of eating and a grocery list. Where food alone may not cover a gap, an ingredient brief names the form and the studied dose.

  4. 04

    Re-test

Enter the next panel and see what changed. The library grows every week, so the evidence under your numbers keeps getting deeper.

Your numbers stay with you

Your lab values and your lab files stay on your device. We never hold them. When you import a PDF or a photo, it is read in your own browser and there is no upload path for that file. Your account knows who you are and what you bought, not what your ferritin is.

Sharing is your choice. If you want your practitioner or a family member to see your results, you share them, and you can take that back any time.

Who it is for

One person, or the whole household

Individual

You have a lab report and a list of numbers nobody explained. You want to know what each one measures, what moves it, and what to eat, with the studies to check it yourself.

Family, up to 6 profiles

You are the one in the house who keeps track. A partner, the kids, a parent: each gets a separate profile with their own panel and plan, private to that person.

The free tools stay free

The Lab Library and the Diet Builder on this site stay free: look up any marker, see what moves it, sketch a way of eating. The Lab Atlas is for when you want it to be about you:

  • Your own panel, read against the optimal ranges
  • Trends across re-tests
  • A Diet Builder that works from your own values
  • Family profiles, each private
  • Import a PDF or a photo of your labs
  • Everything stored on your device, not ours

What it is, and what it is not

The Lab Atlas is education, not diagnosis. It reads results you already have; it does not order tests, diagnose or treat, and it does not replace your clinician. It never recommends a product: there are no product links inside the tool, and where food may fall short it names the ingredient, the form and the studied dose, never a brand.

Every number cites The CellWell library, 345,000+ studies and growing every week, so you can open the research and read it yourself.

Pay once. Renew yearly to keep it current.

Education only, not medical advice. Individual needs and outcomes vary.

The Lab Atlas is a paid tool that reads your own lab results against the research. You enter or import your values, see what moves each marker with the studies underneath, and build a diet plan from your own numbers. Your values and your lab files stay on your device; we never hold them. Individual is $149 once plus $49.99 a year, and Family, up to 6 profiles, is $299 once plus $99 a year. The free Lab Library on this site stays free.

FAQ

Is the Lab Atlas a subscription?

You pay once for the tool: $149 for Individual or $299 for Family. A yearly renewal, $49.99 for Individual or $99 for Family, keeps the library current: new studies every week, re-checked optimal ranges and new markers. You can cancel the renewal any time.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep the full tool, including the library, the Diet Builder, your panel and any Family profiles, until the end of the year you already paid for. The plan ends on that date unless you renew. Your lab values were never on our servers, so they stay on your device.

Can my practitioner see my results?

Only if you choose to share them. Sharing is your decision, and you can take it back any time. We cannot open your values for anyone, because we never hold them.

Does it replace lab testing or my clinician?

No. The Lab Atlas reads results you already have. It does not order tests, diagnose or treat. It is education built on published research, and it works best beside a clinician who knows you. Re-testing is how you see whether a plan is working.

Is my lab data stored on your servers?

No. The values you enter and the lab files you import stay on your device. When you import a PDF or a photo of your results, the reading happens in your own browser, and there is no upload path for that file. Your account holds your sign-in and your purchase, not your numbers.

Which markers does it cover?

177 markers: a full baseline panel plus specialty panels such as thyroid, gut, fertility, menopause and autoimmune. Each marker shows what it measures, the optimal range beside the conventional range, and what moves it, with the studies behind every number.

How is it different from the free Lab Library?

The free Lab Library stays free: look up any marker, what it measures and what moves it. The Lab Atlas adds your own panel read against the optimal ranges, trends across re-tests, Family profiles, a Diet Builder that works from your own values, and private storage and import on your device.

Does it recommend products?

No. There are no product links inside the tool. Where food alone may not cover a gap, it gives an ingredient brief: the form, the studied dose and what to look for on a label, never a brand.
