The Daily 3-6-9
Nine minutes. Three of each.
Every other tool here does one job well. This is the everyday practice they all sit inside -- three minutes for the body, three for the mind, three for meaning. You have heard it called mind, body, soul. We call the third one meaning, because that is the word the research uses.
Tell it how much time you have and it starts: three minutes on a hard day, ninety on a generous one. Come back twice more and it picks up where you left off -- and if your body block happened at the gym or your mind block with a therapist, mark it done and the day still counts.
3 + 3 + 3 = one 9-minute round. Or 30, 60, 90 when the day is generous.
