Every organ is made of cells, and those cells share the same basic jobs — sensing signals, exchanging nutrients and waste, making energy, building tissue, maintaining themselves, and adapting. When we support those jobs with the right raw materials, the whole system tends to work more smoothly. It is a lens for understanding the body, not a replacement for your doctor.
