ALL THREE

The Daily 3-6-9 Nine Minutes. Three of Each.

One number. Any practice. Every part of you.

Three, six, or nine. That is the whole system. Nine minutes as three for the body, three for the mind and three for meaning — or nine minutes of one thing. Three on a hard day, ninety on a generous one. The number is not the point. Choosing one is.

Start here

Nine minutes. Three of each.

We pick the movement, the practice and the question. You just press start.

The Three Blocks

Body, then mind, then meaning

The order is not decoration. Movement settles the nervous system, which makes the mind block easier, which makes the meaning question actually land. You have heard it called mind, body, soul. We call the third one meaning — because that is the word the research uses, and because meaning is something you can look at honestly.

Cell

Body — 3 min

Move. Some movement is better than no movement.

Mind

Mind — 3 min

One practice, done properly, for three minutes.

Meaning

Meaning — 3 min

One question from the nine pillars. Answer it honestly.

3 + 3 + 3 = one 9-minute round. Three, six or nine minutes — or thirty, sixty, ninety when the day is generous. Same three blocks, scaled. That is what makes it a system instead of a timer.

A gentle note: this is for education and everyday well-being — not therapy or medical treatment, and it does not diagnose or cure anything. Gentle breathing and movement are safe for most people. Go easy, and stop if you feel unwell or lightheaded.

The Loop

When the questions run out, they start again

The meaning block draws from the 72 questions of the nine-month journey — nine pillars, one question at a time. Reach the end and you begin again, because your beliefs change as your understanding of yourself changes.

And the second time round, we show you what you wrote the first time. The same question answered six months apart is not repetition — it is a measurement, and most people never get to see one.

The Daily 3-6-9 is a tiny, stackable daily practice built on the 3-6-9 method — three-minute blocks for body, mind, and meaning that you add together as you feel ready. The idea is that big changes rarely start big: do three minutes today and work up to a full round when it fits. It is a simple habit tool, free and self-guided.

Common questions

What does the 3-6-9 method mean here?+

It is a way of stacking a practice in three-minute blocks — one for the body, one for the mind, and one for meaning. You can do a single three-minute block, build to six, then to a full nine-minute round. The numbers are just a simple, memorable way to grow the habit.

How much time does it take?+

As little as three minutes. The whole design is built around starting tiny — one block today — and adding more only as it feels natural. There is no requirement to do the full round to get value from it.

Do I need any equipment or experience?+

No. It is a self-guided practice you can do anywhere, with a built-in timer to keep you on track. No experience is needed, and it is free to use.

What is the point of stacking three worlds?+

It touches body, mind, and meaning in one short routine, so your daily practice reflects the whole framework rather than just one part. Keeping each block tiny is what makes the combination sustainable.
