This tool does not read, interpret, or diagnose your results
It is a plain-language reference for what each mineral does in the cell. You can optionally tag a mineral as Low, In range, or High just to sort your own reading list — that tag stays on your device only, is never analyzed by us, and is not a medical interpretation. What any number on your OligoScan printout means for you is a conversation for you and your practitioner, not this page.
The 19 nutritional minerals
Tap any mineral to open it up. If you tagged one Low or High above, it moves toward the top so you can start with what you are curious about first.
Also Measured — Heavy Metals
Worth saying plainly
OligoScan also reads a set of heavy metals — Mercury, Lead, Arsenic, Aluminum, Cadmium, Nickel, among others. This tool does not cover them the way it covers minerals above, on purpose: unlike a nutritional mineral, there is no "food source" to recommend and no product that removes, binds, or chelates a metal from the body. That is a medical claim we will not make.
What is genuinely true, and worth knowing: lowering ongoing exposure and supporting the body's own detox pathways (liver, kidney, gut, sweat) with good nutrition and lifestyle basics is a real, well-studied topic. If a heavy-metal reading has you wanting to learn more, start with the mineral-balancing and detox-support pillar and the research library below — and bring any elevated reading to a qualified provider. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a verdict.
