One field of love, going by many names
These are all systems that show us how to connect to a unified field of love — God, creation, source — and it goes by many names.
These systems are humanity's main method of teaching: telling stories so we can understand, and find the love within us. The love we come from. The love of nature all around us and in everything we see, touch, and experience — even in mathematics. Love is creation.
Worth reading
Mark Gober's "Upside Down" book series lays out the growing case that consciousness is fundamental — that it lives outside the (brain) mind and is not produced by it. It is a thoughtful entry point into the idea that mind may be the ground of reality rather than a byproduct of it.
This page is education, not doctrine. It honors every tradition, welcomes every belief, and welcomes no belief at all. Take what speaks to you and leave the rest.

The same truth
The Same Truth, Told Everywhere
Read these side by side and something quietly astonishing appears. In every corner of the world, in every language, humanity keeps arriving at the same knowing: we are one, we come from love, and that love is the ground of everything. Here is that one truth, told many ways — none above the others.
Christianity
"God is love" (1 John 4:8). The Spirit lives within us, and we are made one in Christ. The whole message points back to a love that holds everything together.
Buddhism
Interbeing and emptiness are two ways of naming oneness — nothing exists apart from everything else. Metta, boundless loving-kindness, is the practice, and Buddha-nature is the seed of that same love already inside you.
Islam / Sufism
Tawhid is the oneness of God — one reality behind all things. The Sufi path walks toward that reality through divine love, and the Qur'an reminds us, "wherever you turn, there is the face of God."
Hinduism
Atman is Brahman — the self you are is the same as the universal Self. That reality is Sat-Chit-Ananda: being, consciousness, and bliss. Bhakti, the path of devotion, meets it through love.
Judaism / Kabbalah
Ein Sof is the infinite, without limit or end. A divine spark rests in all things, and the heart of the teaching is plain: "love your neighbor as yourself."
Greek / Roman
The Logos is the ordering reason running through the cosmos, and the anima mundi is the world soul that animates it. Eros was named a cosmic force, and Plotinus called the source of all simply "the One."
Egyptian
Ma'at is cosmic order, balance, and harmony — the truth the whole world is meant to move in accord with. The sun was honored as the visible source of life pouring out over everything.
African (Ubuntu)
"I am because we are." Ubuntu holds that a person is a person through other people. We are woven together with each other and with the ancestors, one living fabric.
Native American
The Great Spirit moves through all life. "Mitakuye Oyasin" — all my relations — names the truth that every being is family inside one sacred web.
Wicca / Earth Traditions
The divine is immanent — present and alive within nature itself, not only above it. "As above, so below" points to the same pattern echoing through every scale of creation.
Mayan
"In Lak'ech" — I am another yourself. What you do to another, you do to yourself. Sacred cycles, mathematics, and astronomy were read as the language of one ordered whole.
Stoicism
The Logos is divine reason pervading all things, and the good life means living in accord with Nature. Sympatheia names the cosmic sympathy that binds every part into one living system.
Science / Quantum Physics
Nonlocality and entanglement show connections that reach beyond space, and physicists keep searching for a single unified field beneath it all. Consciousness is being taken seriously as a subject of study. This is science beginning to explore what mystics have long described — an honest, open frontier, not proof of anything yet.
Same field. Many names. Whatever you call it — or if you call it nothing at all — the invitation is the same: to remember the love we come from, and to live from it.
