Why this one

I walked their lab. Nothing else looks like it.

The water never touches plastic. It runs through platinum and silicone. The extraction is cold-pressed only, in glass, and every batch is tested for pesticides, mold and residual chemicals, not just for potency. Solfeggio frequencies play over the room while it is made.

“It is the cleanest, most intentional, highest quality lab I have ever seen in my life. The standards are far superior to any other product line I have seen.”Ryan Encinas, RN · Global Healing facility, Houston

Most tinctures are made hot, fast and in plastic, because that is cheaper. The difference is in what survives the process.

Who built it, and on what

Two doctors, one receptor.

Dr. Edward Group founded Global Healing and chairs it today. Dr. Bryan Ardis is the clinician who put the nicotinic receptor at the center of the conversation. The formula is theirs, and it is built on one idea from the literature.

The alpha-7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor is the switch on the vagus nerve that tells the immune system to stand down. Several research groups report SARS-CoV-2 interacting with that receptor, which would disrupt the reflex that normally restrains cytokine release.18,21 Stimulating the same cholinergic pathway was proposed as a treatment route early on.20

The clinical signal followed. In people with Long COVID, low-dose transcutaneous nicotine restored nicotinic receptor availability and relieved symptoms in 73.5 percent of participants.19 That is the pathway this blend is aimed at, through botanicals rather than a patch.

It does not always leave

Years, not weeks.

Two case histories documented circulating spike protein with elevated anti-spike antibodies three and a half years after vaccination, alongside multisystem symptoms and immune dysregulation.1 A 2025 review names persistent spike protein and vaccine mRNA sequences as the candidate biomarkers for post-vaccination syndrome.2

The carrier explains part of it. In mice given spike mRNA in a lipid nanoparticle intravenously, the ALC-0315 lipid persisted in tissue for weeks, concentrating in liver and spleen, while spike production peaked within hours.3

And the source does not change the molecule. Reviewers describe the same inflammatory pathways behind Long COVID and post-vaccine symptoms, driven by the same persistent protein.4,5 Whether it came from the virus or the shot, the body is dealing with spike.

What it touches

Nerve, vessel, mitochondria, platelet.

  • The brain. Spike activates microglia and mast cells and damages the blood-brain barrier.6 MMP-9, the enzyme that opens that barrier, was elevated in long-COVID serum and released from spike-stimulated human microglia.7 Mast cell activation through the same route tracks with the nerve pain and dysautonomia people describe.8,9
  • The mitochondria. In neuron-like cells, spike bound MAO-B, raised its activity and impaired energy production.10 Reviewers now frame the whole syndrome as a redox and mitophagy problem.11
  • The vessel lining. In cultured human endothelial cells, the S1 fragment alone drove adhesion molecules and an inflammatory state.12 That transfection of the microcirculation is the mechanism proposed for the multisystem picture.13
  • The platelets. Spike triggered human platelet aggregation in vitro, and CoQ10 cut it by reducing oxidative stress.14 A spike epitope also shares 85.7 percent of its sequence with platelet factor 4.15
  • The heart muscle. In human cardiomyocytes, translated spike aggregated inside the cell, slowed proliferation and switched on an inflammatory profile.16 Plant flavonoids suppressed the same mediators in human microglia.17

What is in the bottle

Each one earns its place.

Licorice. Glycyrrhizin inhibited SARS-CoV-2 replication in cell culture by blocking the viral main protease,22 a result repeated in a second laboratory investigation.23 In 52 critically ill patients, a licorice root extract added to standard care shortened intensive-care stays against placebo.24

Wormwood. Artemisia extracts lowered TNF-alpha, the lead inflammatory cytokine, in hospitalized COVID patients, with molecular modeling supporting the binding.25

Lobelia and mucuna. Lobeline is the nicotinic-receptor active, and sublingual lobeline improved working memory in adults with ADHD.26 Mucuna is the richest botanical source of L-DOPA; three months of the seed powder lowered cortisol and improved semen quality in stressed men.27

Citicoline. Twelve weeks improved episodic and composite memory against placebo in healthy older adults,28 and it carries a long neuroprotection and neurorepair record from the stroke literature.29

Copper and C60. Copper damages viral membranes and genetic material directly, and copper nanocoatings deactivated more than 99.9 percent of SARS-CoV-2 on a surface within an hour.30,31 C60 is a catalytic radical scavenger that works like a superoxide dismutase enzyme,32 and in rats, oral C60 in olive oil nearly doubled lifespan33 and held muscle force through repeated fatigue as well as N-acetylcysteine did.34

One dropper. Cold-pressed in glass.

The formula two doctors built around the receptor the research keeps pointing at.

Spike protein is the part of SARS-CoV-2 that binds human cells, and the body carries it after infection and after an mRNA shot alike. It has been measured in people three and a half years after their last exposure, and a 2025 review names persistent spike and vaccine mRNA as the candidate biomarkers for post-vaccination syndrome. The studies show it activating microglia and mast cells, opening the blood-brain barrier, binding MAO-B and impairing mitochondrial energy, inflaming the vessel lining and aggregating platelets. One pathway runs through the alpha-7 nicotinic receptor, the vagal switch that tells the immune system to stand down, and that is the receptor Dr. Edward Group and Dr. Bryan Ardis built the Foreign Protein Cleanse around.

Spike protein: the common questions

What is spike protein, and where does it come from?

It is the surface protein SARS-CoV-2 uses to bind human cells. You get it two ways: the virus brings it, and an mRNA or adenoviral-vector vaccine instructs your own cells to make it. Reviewers describe the same inflammatory pathways behind Long COVID and post-vaccine symptoms, because it is the same protein either way.

How long does spike protein stay in the body?

Longer than weeks in some people. Two documented case histories found circulating spike protein with elevated anti-spike antibodies three and a half years after vaccination, alongside multisystem symptoms. In mice, the lipid nanoparticle carrier persisted in tissue for weeks, concentrating in liver and spleen, while spike production peaked within hours.

Does it matter if I was never vaccinated?

Infection makes spike protein too. The persistence research covers both routes, and the tissue effects in the studies do not depend on where the protein came from.

Can you test for spike protein?

Specialist laboratories run assays for circulating spike and anti-spike antibodies, and that is what the published case histories used. A 2025 review states that medicine still lacks a definitive diagnostic test for post-vaccination syndrome, so a number from one of these assays is a data point rather than a diagnosis. The free Lab Library explains what each marker does and does not tell you.

What does spike protein do to tissue?

In the published work it activates brain microglia and mast cells and damages the blood-brain barrier, raises MMP-9, binds MAO-B and impairs mitochondrial energy production in neuron-like cells, drives adhesion molecules and an inflammatory state in human endothelial cells, triggers platelet aggregation, and aggregates inside human heart-muscle cells.

Do boosters keep making it?

Each mRNA dose instructs cells to produce spike again, which is how the vaccine works. The persistence research is about how long the protein and its carrier remain after that production stops.

What is the nicotinic receptor idea?

The alpha-7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor is the switch on the vagus nerve that tells the immune system to stand down. Research groups report SARS-CoV-2 interacting with that receptor, which would disrupt the reflex that restrains cytokine release. In Long COVID, low-dose transcutaneous nicotine restored nicotinic receptor availability and relieved symptoms in 73.5 percent of participants. This formula aims at that pathway through botanicals, with lobeline as the nicotinic active.
