The Holistic Hub publishes as an anonymous editorial collective. We do not assign a named author, credential, reviewer, or date unless the underlying record supports it. “Date not recorded” means exactly that.
Policy page; no individual author or review outcome is implied.
What labels mean
Framework content describes an organizing model or educational explanation without direct sources listed on that page. Review status not recorded means source links are present but no independent review outcome is claimed. A page marked reviewed is reserved for a record that explicitly supports that status.
What we do not claim
We do not invent authors, credentials, citations, reviewer names, dates, or medical outcomes. Educational copy is not medical advice. Talk with a qualified clinician about personal symptoms, diagnoses, medications, or treatment decisions.

If a source, date, or wording is inaccurate, contact the team through the public contact page with the page URL and the proposed correction.
