A full panel of a hundred lab markers can find more abnormalities. It can also create more questions than it answers. Testing is useful -- but testing without a clear order becomes expensive noise, and it rarely tells you the one thing you actually want to know: what do I change first? Why more lab markers can mean less clarity
A long clinical report is not the same thing as a plan. Order enough tests and something will read a little high or a little low, because that is how reference ranges and biological variation work.
