How it works

  • Sense — substrate for nitric oxide synthase, which converts arginine into nitric oxide, a signaling molecule the vascular endothelium uses to communicate flow and pressure changes

  • Exchange — nitric oxide produced from arginine promotes vascular smooth muscle relaxation, supporting blood flow delivery to tissues

  • Transform — also enters the urea cycle, where it participates in nitrogen waste processing during amino acid metabolism

  • Build — arginine is also a substrate for creatine synthesis (alongside glycine and methionine) and for polyamine synthesis via ornithine, both structural/growth-related pathways distinct from its nitric-oxide-signaling role

Form matters

The same nutrient can be made in very different forms — and a study done on one form does not automatically apply to another. Methylcobalamin is not cyanocobalamin; magnesium glycinate is not magnesium oxide; a whole-food extract is not the synthetic isolate that was studied. Two things decide whether what is in the bottle behaves like the research: the exact form, and independent lab verification (a Certificate of Analysis) that the form and dose on the label are truly what is inside. Without a COA, you are trusting a label, not the science.
