What it is

An iron-support formula built around 13.3 mg of iron as ferrous bisglycinate -- a chelated form chosen because it tends to sit better than the harsher iron salts -- paired in the same capsule with 70 mg of vitamin C, the best-supported absorption helper there is. Alongside it sits a full B-vitamin set (thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B6, folate, B12, biotin and pantothenic acid) and a 598 mg botanical blend of spirulina, acetyl-L-carnitine, hyaluronic acid, lactoferrin and L-arginine.

Why the evidence supports it

We will tell you what we cannot stand behind as readily as what we can. The blend's individual doses are not disclosed on the label, so we make no dose claim for any ingredient inside it. The lactoferrin evidence in our own library is thin -- so the product is not built on it. And it contains no copper, which matters because copper runs iron transport, so that side of the picture is answered by food or a separate source rather than pretended at here. What the label does disclose is a sensible pairing: a gentler iron form and its absorption partner in one capsule.

What it supports

  • Provides iron in a chelated form (ferrous bisglycinate)
  • Pairs that iron with vitamin C in the same capsule
  • Supplies a full B-vitamin set involved in the normal blood-building response
  • Note the B12 is cyanocobalamin and the folate is folic acid, not the methylated forms

Which function it supports

CellTransport
iron transportiron absorptionblood buildingmethylation

Iron does not move, load or get used on its own -- it needs a crew. Vitamin C helps you absorb it at the meal, the B vitamins ride along in the blood-building response, and copper-dependent enzymes do the actual transport work. This formula covers the absorption and B-vitamin side. It does not treat, cure or reverse anaemia: iron deficiency is a diagnosis, and this is a foundation.

How it relates to your cells and mind

Every product here ties back to a specific job your body does. This one touches the functions below -- follow either link to see the mechanism in full, then dig into the studies.

No product works in isolation

Every cell function above -- Sense, Exchange, Transform, Build, Maintain, Adapt -- needs the same broad base of optimal micronutrient levels running underneath it, all the time. Hemo-Life is not a stand-alone fix; it is one piece that plugs into that larger system. The foundation comes first, and this supports it.

Stacks well with

Pick your goal -- here is what Hemo-Life pairs with for each. Nothing works in isolation; these share the same systems.

Foundational, or targeted?

Not everything in the shop is meant to be taken forever. Some products here are foundational -- a daily nutrient base built for long-term, ongoing use. Others are targeted -- shorter-term support for a specific season, not a lifelong habit. If you are not sure which one this is, that is a fair question to ask us before you buy.

How to use it

Dosing on the label is by age and sex, with separate rows for 14-18, men 19+, women 19+ and women 51+. Follow the panel on your own bottle. SAFETY, verbatim from that label: accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control immediately. Contains dairy (lactoferrin).

Optimal nutrients are the definition of longevity

Long-term cell function depends on having what it needs, at the level it needs it, for as long as it needs it. That is the whole thesis behind everything we point you to here.
